I was thrilled to find a "retired" Lupine collar pattern I needed at Pet Expectations. The customer service was excellent. I ordered online and received emails confirming my order and updating me when the order was sent. I received the collar very quickly along with a nice "Pet Expectations" pen and magnetic business card. The collar was packaged well and received in perfect condition.
